1. Shipping Provider

All orders are shipped using Aramex Store to Door courier services.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on:

  • Weekends

  • Public holidays

  • Major promotional periods where order volumes may be higher than usual

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is:

8–11 business days nationwide within South Africa.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Courier operational delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays or peak periods

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless free shipping promotions are active.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before completing your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery progress using the provided tracking details.

6. Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.

BeauTQ will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in liaising with the courier.

While we work closely with our courier partners, BeauTQ cannot guarantee delivery dates once parcels have been handed over to the courier service.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged package and products

We will assess the issue and assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.
