1. Returns

Customers may return eligible items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and inserts where applicable

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty or defective:

  • Opened personal care or beauty products

  • Used grooming or hair removal devices

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products marked as non-returnable

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrectly supplied

If you need an exchange, please contact us within the 14-day return period.

5. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The product is defective or damaged

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

7. Consumer Rights

This policy is provided in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
